HOW DO I JOIN?
It’s Free to join! Go to shop.sdstroll.com and create an account. Click on the star Icon and create
an account. Use your SAME email to check out online and in store to receive points and
discounts. Guest do not earn points.
IS MY ACCOUNT IN STORE AND ONLINE THE SAME?
If you have only used your points in our stores, chances are you do not have
an account set up online yet. Use the same email you use in the shop and
click on the star icon on the left side of your screen to create an online
account. As long as your info is the same, your points will automatically sync
up with what you have from the shop.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in-store or online at shop.sdstroll.com minus discounts,
returns, taxes, and fees. There’s no limit to how many points you can earn - just make sure you're
logged into your account at checkout with the same email. Check out the star icon for all ways to
earn points.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Log into your account at shop.sdstroll.com and click ‘REDEEM MY POINTS.’ Select from
your available discounts, then click ‘CREATE MY DISCOUNT.’ Your discount code should
appear within a couple minutes, plus we’ll email you with your new discount code to the
email address associated with your account.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Nope! As long as our Loyalty Program is active, your points will never expire. We do
reserve the right to make changes to our loyalty program at any time without notification to
changes in our program as we seem fit.
IF I RETURN/EXCHANGE SOMETHING, DO I LOSE THOSE POINTS?
If you return or exchange your order, points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from
your balance. If you’ve already redeemed those points, your account will reflect a negative
balance.

DO I HAVE TO BE LOGGED IN TO EARN MY REWARDS?
Yes, you must be logged into the account with the email address you signed up with for your
points to be counted towards that account. If you’re shopping in-store, simply give that same
email address to check out. We are not able to transfer points once they are associated with an
account. If your profile does not have your email address and name or set as a guest you will not
be earning points.
CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS IN COMBINATION WITH A SALE OR PROMOTION?
Rewards coupons CANNOT be combined with other promos, sales or discounted merchandise.
Reward coupons are only to be used on regular price merchandise. We will have certain
“EVENT” promos that we will take rewards coupons with throughout the year.
NOTICE ABOUT PROGRAM CHANGES
Stroll Boutique reserves the right to change any or all of the terms of our Loyalty Program, to
amend the terms and conditions, or to terminate the program, at any time without notice and
without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: govern
the Loyalty Program. earned on and after the date of the change; or change the value of already
accumulated the Loyalty Program Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will
not be posted or emailed.and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated.
