RETURN POLICY

Not in love? We get that returns happen and want you to be happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: All SALE item(s), discounted item(s) (item(s) purchased with a discount/promo code), jewelry, intimates/bathing suits, hats, headbands, beauty products and home decor.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached.  Please note, there is a $5 restocking fee for all returns, exchanges or store credit.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions:  info@sdstroll.com
If local, you can return/exchange at any Stroll location.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the item for a refund back to your card or for a refund in the form store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Refunds & Processing:

Neatly repackage your item(s) with the original invoice

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Stroll. 

    • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
