Not Happy....We get it!

All items using discount 20% or higher is FINAL SALE online and in store. You may exchange a size if we have the size you need in same item. 


ONLY ONLINE Mail Back Returns:

PLEASE SELECT A RETURN REQUEST AT THE BOTTOM OF OUR WEBSITE FOR A SHIPPING LABEL. 

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED WE WILL SEND YOU A SHIPPING LABEL AND DEDUCT THE SHIPPING FEE FROM YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

  • We do Not Pay for your return label. You will need to ship back on your own.
  • Do not mail anything back past the 14 day period. We will not accept it.
  • Mail your goods back to us within 14 days after your purchase and the cost of your item(s) will be applied back to your form of payment within 72 hours after we receive your parcel. 
  • Once your order is received and processed, we will notify you within 72 hours via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your return. 
  • Please include the original packing slip or order number with your item(s) when you mail your order.
  • We are not responsible for any lost packages being mailed back to us. Please contact your shipping carrier.

IN-STORE Policy 

We do not issue refunds HOWEVER we’ll gladly exchange or give store credit to unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days past your purchase date. 

  •  All Swim, Jewelry, Accessories, Holiday items are Final sale.
  • All Sale/DISCOUNTED merchandise is none refundable/exchangeable Final Sale. 
  • If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item(s) as we have limited inventory, then sending the original item(s) back.
