Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM pst will not be processed until Monday morning.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your order date. Depending on where you live in the US, you will get your package within 1-4 days of the date it was shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package.

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email.
Lost Packages

By making a purchase with us, you agree Stroll will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment

RETURN POLICY

Not in love? We get that returns happen and want you to be happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: All SALE item(s), discounted item(s) (item(s) purchased with a discount/promo code), jewelry, intimates/bathing suits, hats, headbands, beauty products and home decor.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Please note, there is a $5 restocking fee for all returns, exchanges or store credit.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the item for a refund back to your card or for a refund in the form store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Stroll. 

    • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
